Swinford Triathlon Club
have just launched their new eSportsmanager website

A relatively new club with a growing membership
– Swinford would be known throughout the Irish
Triathlon community as organisers of one of the
most iconic triathlon races in the country –
The Humbert Challenge!
The Humbert Challenge follows in the footsteps of
General Jean Joseph Humbert and his French invasion
force of 1798, this tough and undulating Half Iron
distance Triathlon races across scenic County Mayo.
It takes in much of the route taken by the French
forces on their historic "forced march"
north of Lough Conn towards Castlebar taking in
the challenging climb up the "Windy Gap”.
The undulating but fast route covers many historical
towns and landmarks along the way as well as some
truly epic scenery.
The site takes full advantage of social media such
as Facebook and Google apps and event and member
registration will be available from the site in
the new year.
