Tomorrow night, Thursday December 15th 2011, Jebel Ali will play host to the annual Dubai Celts Railway Cup. This internal competition is always one not to be missed!
The captains for each province are:
Connacht - Dave Daly
Ulster - Joe Donaghey
Leinster - Dazzler
Munster - Mike Gorman
The format of the evening which starts at 6.45pm for a 7pm throw in is as follows:
- 9 players a side - 6 men, 3 women per team on the pitch at any one time. Women's scores count as double
- 9 minutes a half
- 2 semis
- Hurling match after the 2 semis - 9 mins a half as well
- 3/4 play off
- Final
The draw for the Semis was made by John Michael O'Sullivan and came up as:
Leinster vs Connacht
Ulster vs Munster
